2012 Vendor Contract
The QuiltFest Committee invites you to apply to be a vendor at our 2012 show to be held in the Grand Theatre at the Rising Star Casino & Resort located at 777 Rising Star Drive, Rising Sun, Indiana (formerly Grand Victoria Casino).
Dates and hours for the 2012 show are Friday, March 30, 10 am – 5 pm, Saturday, March 31, 10 am – 5 pm, and Sunday, April 1, 10 am - 5 pm.
The $50 fee for a 10’ x 10’ booth space includes one (1) 6′ table and two (2) chairs. Booth set up is Thursday, March 29, 5 pm-9 pm and March 30, 7 am-10 am. See the Vendor Contract for more specifics.

This will be the fifth year we have held multiple contests with cash prizes. Our contests include quilts, artwork, cloth/fiber dolls, bears (and other critters). The Grand Theatre is a beautiful venue.
Complimentary coffee and morning doughnuts will be available in the Grand Theatre. More substantial food and refreshment choices will be available from the buffet and restaurants in the Rising Star lobby. If you need to stay overnight at the Casino Hotel, be advised to make reservations early. Alternatively, you might enjoy staying in one of our several local Bed & Breakfasts.
